The NHS Grampian Musculoskeletal Out-patient Physiotherapy services are remobilising from Monday 14th June.
This service aims to provide a timely and efficient service to patients, optimising our skills towards patients who would really benefit from musculoskeletal out-patient physiotherapy services. Patients using the service will notice some changes from pre-Covid times. The service will continue to use telephone or video consultation as a first appointment, for the majority of referrals, for the foreseeable future. It is important to understand that even though things are opening up, face to face appointments will be organised based on clinical need.
For patients who may benefit from self-management advice and exercises our internet site is available as an alternative to referral - http://www.mskphysiogrampian.scot.nhs.uk
Patients are able to self-refer into the physiotherapy service.

For patients looking to increase activity, or undertake general exercise, you can check out Sport Aberdeen’s website - https://www.sportaberdeen.co.uk/ - for excellent supported programmes.
